that’s the rumor, OmniVision Technologies which makes the censors for the iphone camera now, said that they got a deal with apple to make a 5MP camera censor, but as we all know Apple is full of surprises we’ll have to wait and see, would be sweet though.

Mini DisplayPort is that monitor connection you get on your Macbook or Macbook pro. It essentially means that your port (where you stick the display in) is much smaller but you also need to buy a connector so that regular displays (with the big connector) can fit, firstly that means buying an external connector that costs about $20 and secondly its another thing to carry around. Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) has decided to make mDP (mini DisplayPort) a branch of DisplayPort (the usual size) which means that other companies will probably start using them on their new models too, and all you Non-Apple users will have to buy a connector soon as well.
This crazy new concept is a flowerpot, which can display the humidity of the soil, check light levels and the temperature of your surroundings (not that interesting yet is it) all while displaying the roots of your plant as what appears to be lightning bolts. The concept looks awesome and it would definitely make someone like me grow more plants at home, I mean who needs a TV when you got the lightning chasers in your room. Plus for someone who like me, doesn’t have a green thumb you can automatically see if your 10 year old seeds from the basement are actually growing rather than hoping for 3 months and then to be disappointed. When new products are being released there are always rumors but this one seems to be real, as it’s been popping up on a number of occasions the past month. That being said i decided to feature it on the Gblog as well as this rumor is taking shape. It looks like the new ipod touch is going to have a camera, which would make perfect sense as it has wifi access as well and features apps such as facebook etc where users could upload photos on the move. Apple has not confirmed the rumor yet, but all the cases popping up are sure suggesting something like this.

I am in love with concepts so i did a search and came across yet another amazing laptop concept. This time it features a flexible OLED display so that the laptop is fully bendable, the picture explains that. Basically for my understanding you can bend this laptop fully and it also features a full display (which then turns into a keyboard?). Again it is just a concept but definitely a cool idea.
Hi all, I thought i’d lighten the reading with something really exciting, and that’s the newest concept design of the iphone 4g. The pic sums up the phone, but basically it is in the concept satges and it would be amazing to think the next iphone could resemble something as advanced as this. They say it’s like a macbook in a phone, and if it is released with this design and these specs (32gb internal memory, 3.2mp camera, made of titanium and glass, etc. etc.) i might jus be tempeted to invest in an apple product! drool over the latest concept of the iphone!!
There seems to be a look real (you never know these days) picture on the Web of the new BlackBerry Gemini a.k.a Curve 8520, but Gemini sounds more attractive, there is no other news with the picture, besides the knowledge that someone lucky enough now has one! The Curve 8520 will be the first BlackBerry with an optical mouse. Once my iphone expands his, that’s right it’s a man, life expectancy I will definitely go and get myself a BlackBerry.
