See roots as lightning bolts

flowerpot-eye-1_HMxSu_1822This crazy new concept is a flowerpot, which can display the humidity of the soil, check light levels and the temperature of your surroundings (not that interesting yet is it) all while displaying the roots of your plant as what appears to be lightning bolts. The concept looks awesome and it would definitely make someone like me grow more plants at home, I mean who needs a TV when you got the lightning chasers in your room. Plus for someone who like me, doesn’t have a green thumb you can automatically see if your 10 year old seeds from the basement are actually growing rather than hoping for 3 months and then to be disappointed. Its called FlowerEYE for all of you that are interested and is a concept by Olga Kalugina

Another Concept Mac

macbooktouchI am in love with concepts so i did a search and came across yet another amazing laptop concept. This time it features a flexible OLED display so that the laptop is fully bendable, the picture explains that. Basically for my understanding you can bend this laptop fully and it also features a full display (which then turns into a keyboard?). Again it is just a concept but definitely a cool idea.

New Concept Laptops [jealousy]

A friend of mine just send me a link for some awesome looking concept laptops and I couldn’t think of anyone who doesn’t want one of these. They make my MBP get jealous hehe. Anyways I filtered out a few that I personally like the best and the link will be at the bottom so you can check the other ones out as well. (no particular order)

vaio-zoom-1

This one is called the Vaio zoom, I used to have a Vaio but that one didnt look half as pimpin as this one. It features a holographic glass display that only turns opaque when it is turned on, great effect there and definetly going to catch some eyes.

mactab

Above is the Mactab, which fatures a full touch screen and a ultra thin wireless keyboard which you attach to the display with magnets and then it serves as protection for the display when you take it anywhere.

compenion

That’s the compenion, which consists of two OLED screens which slide apart and one of the screens as you can see on the picture can be used as a keyboard when you need it, it would be interesting to know if it switches functions depending on the applications and programs the user is using, much like the 01 Phone which we featured a couple of days ago.
